JUST GOT BACK FROM PUNTA CANA, DAY 2 AIR CONDITIONING WAS LEAKING, IT GOT FIXED.DAY 4 SHOWER STARTED TO LEAK.EVERY TIME THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM ABOVE ME TOOK A SHOWER THEIR DIRTY BATH WATER CAME INTO MY SHOWER.TOLD THEM AT THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY.

THE NEXT DAY SOMEONE CAME, HE TOLD ME IT WAS CONDENSATION FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING. I TOOK A VIDEO TO THE FRONT DESK THE GIRL SHOWED IT TO HER SUPERVISOR AND I STOOD THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES NO ONE CAME TO TALK TO ME SO I LEFT.FROM THE PICTURES THIS DID NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT. I WAS THERE FOR THREE MORE DAY DID NOT SEE ANYONE OR HERE FROM ANYONE.

GUESS WHAT THEY GAVE THAT ROOMTO SOMEONE ELSE WHEN I LEFT.*** POOR SERVICE!!!
